How the self-served customer journey works

Customers do the check-in for the service appointment using the touch screen or SMS with a link for check-in.

Your front desk customer advisors are notified of the check-in on the desktop dashboard and retrieve the key.

For checkout, the customer receives the SMS with a link to payment (optional) and handle key pick up.

The mobile-first self-served workshop visit is handled by the customer as an end-to-end experience.

Your team handles everything logged in on the dashboard. From simple touchscreen Drop-In, SMS check-in & rental car customer pick-up with an order or contract e-signature, ID and driver license check etc.

Finally, SMS checkout with optional customer mobile-first invoice payment.

The Sharebox dashboard is a perfect stand-alone solution for car dealerships. Optional API integration with your DMS or backbone system at a later stage.

High Security Key Cabinet

The robust Sharebox S18 / S32 key cabinet is designed and manufactured for outdoor or indoor installation, certified according to EN 1143-1. The S18 cabinet is connected to the Sharebox back-end Server via a cabled internet connection. Your team use the desktop dashboard to communicate with the server to manage and operate each one of the 18 secured lockers.

Payment Solutions

Having customers do payment at the start of the checkout process, secures your money. Customers open and retrieve their keys after payment is confirmed.

Mobile Payment Integrations

The Sharebox platform is ready to connect with the most known payment providers, and you easy establish Nexi, Nets, bezahl.de, PayPal, Klarna, Spense and others by online onboarding.

Rental or loaner car

Use your Sharebox to handle rental or loaner cars. Send SMS with link and optional contract e-signature, ID control and driver license check.

Secure installation

The Sharebox S18 is installed and bolted according to a high-security installation manual with power and a cabled internet connection.

API Integrations

Start as a standalone solution and upgrade afterwards to connect your DMS systems, gate opening systems and others.

Sharebox has now become a full-fledged solution that helps us with the key drop-off and pick-up 24/7, including payment solutions that complete this.

It is also very good that the Sharebox notifies us with an email as soon as a customer drops off a key. This gives us a full overview of key drop-offs also within opening hours.
